Common questions
How does billing work - what counts as a billable hour?
All work is billed on actuals at your plan's hourly rate. Billable time includes production, revision rounds (beyond the two free), and any requirements-gathering calls. We can provide an upfront hour estimate before the work begins; if scope changes, we will contact you before adjusting.
What is the difference between prepaid and postpaid?
Prepaid: you purchase hours upfront, valid for 365 days (retainer plans) or used against a minimum (project-based). Postpaid: work is billed after delivery – retainer clients on a 30-day cycle, project-based with a 50-hour minimum. Prepaid is the better option if you have predictable volume.
How do you handle confidential client data?
We are ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Every employee signs an NDA that remains binding after departure. Office access is restricted, computers are password-protected, and data is retained for 6-12 months unless you instruct otherwise. We will countersign your NDA if required.
What are covered under the two free revision rounds?
Design improvements and content updates within the originally agreed scope: the kinds of changes that typically come out of a first review. Additional rounds or scope changes are billed at your plan's hourly rate.
What if I am not satisfied with the first sample?
We deliver roughly 20% of the project as a sample before completing the full work. If the sample doesn't meet your standard, we will produce a second sample. If that still isn't right, there's no charge. Once you approve the sample, we proceed and bill for the full project.
Can I cancel a retainer plan?
Retainer plans can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase if no work has started. After that, the current period is non-refundable. To stop renewal, give 7 days' notice before the next period starts. Unused hours do not carry over.
